These four Sublime States (*Brahmavihara*) are the source of peace and progress in the world. ពាក្យកាព្យថា: មេត្តា-ករុណា-មុទិតា ឧបេក្ខា ទាំងបួននេះសោភា ប្រសិនបើជនទាំងអស់គ្នា អាចកាន់រក្សាឲ្យដិតដល់។ The four virtues—loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity—shine beautifully when fully embraced and practiced by all. សមលោកទាំងមូលបានសុខស្ងប់ ត្រឡប់ជាឥតជ្រួលច្របល់ ព្រោះធម៌បួននេះបញ្ចេញផល ផ្តល់សន្តិសុខឲ្យជានិច្ច។ The entire world would find peace and tranquility, free from turmoil, as these four qualities bear fruit and ensure constant security. សូម្បីដាច់តែមេត្តាមួយ ទុក្ខព្រួយតែងតែប៉ះទង្គិច ឈឺចាប់ក្ដៅផ្សាជាងឃ្មុំទិច លិចលង់ហិនហោចជាអនេក ។ Yet, should loving-kindness be lost, suffering inevitably strikes—bringing pain more searing than a bee's sting and leading to boundless ruin and devastation.
