ទោះបីជាកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ជាក់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា ទីតាំងនៃតំបន់ជិតប្រាសាទខ្នារ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដូចមានបង្ហាញក្នុងផែនទីភ្ជាប់ជាឧបសម្ព័ន្ធ “ខ” ក៏ដោយ ក៏ក្រុម AOT ថៃដែលអមដោយកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធថៃ នៅតែចូលមកក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដោយមិនបានជូនដំណឹង ឬស្នើសុំការយល់ព្រមពីភាគីកម្ពុជាទាល់តែសោះ។
Although Cambodia had clearly informed all parties that the area near Khnar Temple is located within Cambodian territory, as showed in the map attached as Annex "B", the Thai AOT, accompanied by Thai armed forces, nevertheless entered Cambodian territory without any prior notification or request for Cambodia's consent.
