Life is a complex journey, often filled with suffering.

រៀនរីករាយនឹងអ្វីដែលលោកអ្នកមាន។
Learn to find joy in what you have.

បើមិនរីករាយទេលោកអ្នកនឹងអស់ពេលវេលាហើយ ជីវិតមិនទៀងទាត់ឡើយ។
If you do not find happiness, time will run out; life is uncertain.

គេមើលងាយយើង ជាបញ្ហារបស់គេខ្វះគុណធម៌ តែបើយើងលែងស្រឡាញ់ខ្លួនឯង ទើបជាបញ្ហា។
If others look down on us, that is a reflection of their own lack of virtue; the real problem arises only if we stop loving ourselves.

Love and protect your own heart well.

ចូរមេត្តាករុណាដោយការគិតល្អ ធ្វើល្អ និយាយល្អ។

ក្នុងព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា មានពុទ្ធភាសិតមួយក្នុង ធម្មបទ (Dhammapada) ដែលមានន័យថា៖

“ចិត្តជាប្រធាននៃធម៌ទាំងឡាយ។ អ្វីៗកើតឡើងដោយសារចិត្ត។”

គោលគំនិតនេះស្របទៅនឹងសៀវភៅ You Become What You Think ដែលរំលឹកថា របៀបដែលយើងគិត នឹងមានឥទ្ធិពលលើពាក្យសម្តី ទម្លាប់ ការសម្រេចចិត្ត និងទិសដៅនៃជីវិត។

ប៉ុន្តែ ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាមិនបានបង្រៀនឱ្យ “គិតវិជ្ជមាន” តែមួយមុខនោះទេ។ ព្រះអង្គបង្រៀនឱ្យ បណ្តុះចិត្តដោយបញ្ញា (Paññā) មាន សតិ (Sati) និងអនុវត្ត កុសលកម្ម។

ក្នុងបរិបទជីវិតជាក់ស្តែង យើងប្រហែលមិនអាចជ្រើសរើសកន្លែងកំណើត ឬឱកាសដំបូងបានទេ។ ប៉ុន្តែយើងអាចជ្រើសរើសរបៀបគិត របៀបរៀន និងរបៀបប្រព្រឹត្តរៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។

ដូច្នេះ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវិត មិនចាប់ផ្តើមពីសំណាងទេ។ វាចាប់ផ្តើមពីការបណ្តុះចិត្តឱ្យត្រឹមត្រូវ ហើយបន្តដោយសកម្មភាពល្អជាប្រចាំ។
